Amador Pregnancy Help Center was organized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in June 1988. We serve those facing pregnancy decisions with love, care, and support. Everyone, regardless of their situation, deserves compassion.
We uplift families by providing comprehensive education on adoption, parenting, and abortion so they are fully informed. By educating them on the risks and side effects of abortion, we hope that more pregnant moms will make life-affirming decisions when they are uplifted and supported.
Our Services
Your financial gifts enable us to provide the following services:
- Self-administered pregnancy tests (and notification to Medi-Cal or WIC that a positive result was observed)
- Ultrasound referrals to a sister center so that moms can learn about their pregnancy and protect their health
- Pregnancy options consultations so moms and dads receive accurate information on adoption, parenting, and abortion
- Education: we provide parenting classes, mentoring, and more
- Community resources and referrals for mental health services, a domestic violence program, prenatal care, and more
- After-abortion care is offered through a sister center (individuals and groups use the “Forgiven and Set Free” Bible study)
- Ongoing support for students, expectant, new, and experienced parents, and anyone facing an unexpected pregnancy

We do not provide or refer for abortions, but it’s crucial not to shy away from the topic. Our goal is to uplift moms and dads facing difficult situations by showing them a bright future is possible.
